CASA EGYPT for Textile and Garments SAE. has been established in August 2006 and started production in April 2007. Casa Egypt can be considered as a manufacturing satellite of Casa Tekstil in Turkey which are two companies having the same shareholders and same management mentality. In a very short time our target is to become the biggest shirt production facility in Egypt and give the same service and quality with a much competative price and have the advantages of these specialities according to our competetors.We can produce all types of woven shirts and blouses. The operations we can do are cutting, sewing and finishing in our factory. Our product scale is 40% ladies, 40% men, 20% children. We can use all types of woven fabrics suitable for shirts and blouses such as 100% cotton qualities, cotton mixtures, cotton-lycras, polyester mixtures, viscose mixtures and other fibre mixtures on yarn dyeds, uni dyeds, all over printeds and jacquards. Our products are exported to Europe and USA.
We make our production in one building with 3500 sqm of area totally, offices are 300 sqm in this area. The production capacity of our factory is 120.000 pcs/month avarage (70.000 pcs in house, rest at subcontractors.). There are around 400 people working in Casa Egypt and 40 of them are office staff. Our factory is in El Khanka ,El Kalubia,Cairo , 20 kms. from the International Cairo Airport, 40 kms. from city centre.
