We are getting patterns and markers from our main company Casa Tekstil in Turkey. If extra markers are needed then they are
made by hand in the factory There are two cutting tables for fabric cutting (1,80 x 21,00 mts) and one cutting table for interlining
(80 x 3.60 meters).Cutting is done manually.We have two vertical blade and three band knife for cutting small parts . Also for collars
and cuffs we have one cutting press for fine cutting. Metal glove is used while cutting. Special shirt fusing machines in the cutting
room performs fusing operations. Fusing equipment and adjustment of fusing machine are inspected.
Each fabric batch is cut seperately.Goods are plymarked, after plymarking each panel is checked for fabric defects and paired before
sending to sewing lines. All panels are 100% checked before plymarking.
