Samples are made in sampling department of main company Casa Tekstil in Turkey except the production samples. Production
samples are made in sewing lines of Casa Egypt.All sewing instructions and approved samples are also dispatched from main
company in Turkey.There are two sewing lines. Every sewing line has a supervisor and an independent quality controller. A cutting
sample and size set is checked before cutting with the bulk fabric.All workers are qualified and training is provided for unqualified
workers. Embroidery, print and washing is subcontracted at the moment but we have a plan to have embroidery,print and washing
in house in near future. All machinists are required to return the parts of the broken needles to the line supervisor and broken
needle reports are kept with the broken parts. All new needles are kept locked. As well as regular sewing machines, pressing
automats such as front placket and sleeve placket presses and button – buttonhole automats are used in production. We also
